Tomohiro Inoue(Ohashi) is VentureINQ Accounting Firm’s founder and Managing Director. Under his direction, VentureINQ Accounting Firm has provided audit&accounting, Tax services and Business Advisory service to international clients doing business in Japan.
Inoue has experience working with domestic and foreign organizations in the areas of tax and accounting and auditing. His expertise encompasses mergers and acquisitions and Japan Business Setup for foreign corporations. Inoue has worked with companies in numerous industries including software/technology, manufacturing, wholesale/distribution, importers/exporters, real estate, not-for-profit, and health care organizations
Prior to founding VentureINQ Accounting Firm, Inoue spent seven years in the Assurance Practice with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he managed US GAAP and IFRS audit/advisory projects for clients in the Consumer and Industrial Products and Service industries as a manager.
Inoue is a member of the Board of Directors of HEROZ Inc.(4382:Tokyo) which is one of famous AI companies with most cutting edge AI technologies that defeated a Shogi(Japanese Chess) professional player in a public match.
He received a bachelors degree in accounting from Hitotsubashi University, Tokyo and an M.B.A. from Duke University, Fuqua school of business. He subsequently completed MBA exchange programs at Indian school of business and Peking university in China.

Daisuke Fukai

Prior to founding Fukai CPA office, Fukai worked for M&A transaction advisory team at Deloitte where he managed cross-border M&A transactions for clients.
Fukai received a bachelors degree from Kobe University and an MBA from University of Virginia, Darden School of Business.

Junnosuke Kurachi
CEO/CPA/MBA
Prior to founding BizWings Thailand, Kurachi worked for KPMG Tokyo office and Mazars in Thailand as a manager. His previous positions include being a Management Trainee in FP&A(leadership program) at Philip Morris International.
Kurachi received a bachelors degree from Tokyo University and an MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.
